You are a grasshopper. Every day, you live in fear of the parrot, Koera. Koera has a long, thin beak, which is perfect for eating grasshoppers. And Koera //loves// to eat grasshoppers. He doesn't even know your name! He calls you "green-thing-eaters." [[Continue -> War Decision]]

One day, your grasshopper friends decide that they're tired of living in fear. They become angry and decide to stage a war against Koera. [[It's time for vengeance! Join them -> Start War]] [[I don't think this is a good idea. -> Lose small army]]

It's time for war! One grasshopper suggests you all hide in a tree and wait for Koera to weaken before you attack. Another suggests you attack at once! Whose idea do you follow? [[Hide out -> Hiding]] [[Attack at once! -> Lose Attack Too Soon]]

Oh no! Without you, the grasshoppers don't have a big enough army to fight the parrot. Koera wakes up especially hungry the next day and devours you for breakfast. Koera continues to eat grasshoppers for the rest of time. [[Try again? ->Intro]]

You and your friends hide and wait for Koera to weaken. After three days, some grasshoppers become impatient. They think it's time to stage an attack. [[Attack now! -> Lose Attack Too Soon 2]] [[Wait a few more days ->War Time]]

You attack! But unforunately, you chose a day where Koera has a *big* appetite. He devours you and your grasshopper friends, and the attack doesn't stand a chance. Koera continues to eat grasshoppers for the rest of time. [[Try again> ->Intro]]

It has now been a week, and you see that Koera is severly weakened. No longer even able to fly, he spends all day sleeping on a branch. You decide that now is the time for an attack. Where do you target? [[Koera's eyes ->Lose Eyes]] [[Koera's Beak ->Attack Beak]]

You attack! But unforunately, Koera is still too strong for your army. He devours you and your grasshopper friends, and the attack doesn't stand a chance. Koera continues to eat grasshoppers for the rest of time. [[Try again> ->Intro]]

Your grasshopper army assembles and attacks Koera's eyes! You succesfully blind the parrot, but unfortunately grasshoppers are not known to be quiet animals. Even blind, Koera uses sound to find and devour grasshoppers day and night. The next day, you, too, are eaten. Koera continues to eat grasshoppers for the rest of time. [[Try again? ->Intro]]

You and your grasshopper army swarm around Koera and attack his beak! So hungry, the parrot cannot defend himself. Together, you chisel the beak from its long, pointy form to something short and stubby. [[Continue -> End]]

In the morning, Koera thought he had dreamt the attack. But when he sees his reflection in the water, he can't believe his eyes! "What ugly creature is this, with some strange horn between his eyes?" the parrot cries. But suddenly, Koera realizes that that creature is himself! His beak, once so thin and pointy, has been reduced to a stub. Koera is stunned. Never again will he be able to eat a grasshopper! For the rest of time, Koera eats only seeds and nuts.
